Is this a nicotine pouch?
No. No nicotine, no tobacco, ever. The only active is 50mg of coffee derived caffeine a pouch, on a slim white plant fiber pouch.

How strong is one pouch?
50mg of coffee derived caffeine, roughly half a cup of brewed coffee (coffee strength varies). One pouch at a time, and count it toward your daily caffeine. The FDA cites 400mg a day as a level generally not associated with negative effects for healthy adults.

What does it feel like? Will it stain?
It sits between lip and gum for 20 to 40 minutes. Expect a light tingle in the first minute; that is the flavor, not nicotine, and there is none. It can leave the lip feeling a little dry; water sorts that out. There are no coffee grounds in the pouch, so nothing to leak and nothing to wedge between your teeth. Nothing to spit, either: take it out and bin it.

How long does a pack last?
Twenty pouches a can. At two a day, one can lasts about ten days, 5 cans about 7 weeks and 10 cans about 14 weeks.
