No. Every price on this page is the price of a pack, and a pack is six 330mL cartons.
One pack is six cartons at $27.99, which is $4.67 a carton. Two packs is twelve cartons at $3.75 each. Four packs is twenty-four at $3.33 each. The per-carton figure sits under the price and follows whichever pack size is selected. See the six drawn out, and the division →
What does 25g of protein in 330mL actually taste like?
Cocoa first, caramel behind it, roasted almond on the finish. Coffee stays in front.
No added sugar, so nothing tastes candied and the roast is the last thing you get. It carries more body than black coffee, because 25g of protein in 330mL has to go somewhere: closer to a whole-milk latte than to an americano. Best cold, and it is worth being specific about why.
Is it chalky?
Chalk is undissolved protein. It comes from mixing powder into liquid in a cup, and there is no powder here.
LOKT READY arrives already made, filled and sealed in an aseptic carton, so there is nothing left to dissolve and nothing to find at the bottom. What it does have is body, and that is a different thing. The full answer, and the one limit →

Two products, two things to run out of
What you throw away
One 330 mL carton
A cup and a lid, every time
A bottle, every time
Two containers and a shaker to rinse
Two honest notes.
A shelf-stable protein shake from a warehouse club is cheaper than this and usually carries more protein. It also tastes like a protein shake. If price a gram is the only thing you are solving for, buy that.
And if you already own good beans and a tub of protein, doing it yourself is cheaper still. It is also two products, two measurements and a shaker to rinse, and coffee plus a loose scoop is the exact combination that clumps.
Typical values for common products in each category; they vary by brand, size and preparation, so they are ranges and no brand is named. Counter figures are published ranges for a protein coffee at a coffee shop and move with the market. Cafe espresso is 1 to 2 shots. LOKT READY figures are ours and are exact: $27.99 for six 330 mL cartons is $4.67 each, $44.99 for twelve is $3.75, $79.98 for twenty-four is $3.33. Correct as of August 2026.
THE TEXTURE QUESTION
Twenty-five grams in 330mL has to go somewhere.
25g of protein in a 330mL carton is 7.6g in every 100mL. That is a lot of protein in not much liquid, and it is the honest reason this drinks with more body than black coffee. It sits closer to a whole-milk latte than to an americano, and it was built that way on purpose.
Chalk is not a flavor. It is undissolved protein, and it is what happens when powder meets liquid in a cup and loses. Nothing here is mixed in a cup. LOKT READY arrives already made: filled and sealed in an aseptic carton, which is what makes it shelf-stable, and which means there is no powder left to dissolve and no grit to find at the bottom.
What is left is a coffee thicker than an espresso and thinner than a milkshake. Cocoa first, caramel behind it, roasted almond on the finish, and no added sugar to round the edges off.
The caveat, because you would find it out anyway.
Drink it cold. Body reads heavier as a drink warms, so what tastes like a proper latte from the fridge tastes like a thick one at room temperature. The carton is shelf-stable and travels warm on purpose. It is still meant to be drunk cold.
Give it a shake first. Nothing has separated that a shake will not fix, but the top of an unshaken carton pours thinner than the bottom.
And if what you want is black coffee, this is not that. It is a latte that carries protein, and it tastes like one.
One more thing, since it comes up. No added sugar is not the same as no sweetness. Coffee, cocoa and dairy bring their own, and we would rather stop there than sweeten past the roast.
Poured cold over ice. The body you can see in the pour is the 25g of protein, and it is the whole answer to the texture question.

WHAT $27.99 BUYS
Six cartons. Not one drink.
This is the thing the page has to say plainly, because the price sits beside a picture of one carton and a reasonable person reads it as the price of that carton. It is not. $27.99 is a six-pack.
Six 330mL cartons, 25g of protein and 125mg of coffee caffeine in each. That is $4.67 a carton at one pack, $3.75 at two, and $3.33 at four. A protein coffee at the counter runs about $6 to $7, so six of those is $36 at the low end, before you have left the house.
The pack is not the price. The carton is.

Skip the shake. Keep the coffee.
LOKT READY, protein coffee ready to drink, is what happens when the protein shake stops pretending it isn't dessert and the latte stops pretending it's lunch. One 330mL carton, cold from the fridge: 25g of complete protein, 125mg of coffee caffeine, and a cup that still tastes like coffee: cocoa, caramel, roasted almond, no added sugar. Grab it, shake it, go.
FROM THE FOUNDERS
★★★★★ from the two people who built it.
Brandon and Khalid built LOKT and put their names on every batch. Customer reviews publish here as they arrive, unedited.
★★★★★
Cold from the fridge it drinks like a proper iced latte, not a protein drink doing an impression of one.
Brandon · Founder, LOKT
★★★★★
Shake, open, gone in ninety seconds. 25 grams before the gym and no blender to wash afterward.
Khalid · Founder, LOKT
★★★★★
The texture is the surprise: smooth, no grain, nothing gritty on the finish. Espresso first, caramel last.
Brandon · Founder, LOKT
★★★★★
The six-pack lives on the fridge door shelf. I take one on the way out and it is breakfast before I reach the platform.
Khalid · Founder, LOKT
★★★★★
It tastes like the coffee came first and the protein was smuggled in. That is the whole trick, and it works.

WHEN YOU DRINK IT
Three times a carton beats making one.
A pack holds six. Three of these a week and a pack is a fortnight.
The morning you left too late
Cold from the fridge and out the door. 25g of protein and 125mg of coffee caffeine, no kettle, no queue, nothing in the sink when you get home.
The three o'clock
The hour a second coffee gets made and something gets bought to go with it. This is one thing instead of two, and it is already cold.
After training
A coffee that carries protein, drunk cold on the way home. No shaker, no scoop, no second drink to make and nothing to rinse out before it dries.
EVERYTHING ELSE
The rest of the questions.
How much caffeine, really?
125mg a carton, from the coffee rather than from added caffeine.
That is a strong cup's worth, not a pre-workout. The FDA cites 400mg a day as a level generally not associated with negative effects for healthy adults. Count every source you use.
What is the protein, exactly?
A complete dairy protein, chosen to sit in coffee rather than foam on top of it.
Complete means it carries the full amino acid profile. It also means it contains dairy, so it is not a vegan drink and we are not going to describe it as one. The full declaration publishes with production labels. The whole record is on the transparency page.
Does it need refrigerating?
No, until you open it. The carton is shelf-stable, so it lives in a bag or a drawer as happily as a fridge.
It is still best cold, so we would keep the pack on a fridge shelf and drink from there. Once it is open, refrigerate it and finish it.
Does it replace a meal?
No, and we would not sell it that way.
It is a coffee that carries protein. If it happens to stand in for a breakfast you were going to skip anyway, that is a side effect and not the pitch.
How long does a pack last?
Six cartons. One a day is under a week. Three a week, which is what most people actually do, is a fortnight.
Twelve cartons is about a month at that rate, and it is the rung where the per-carton price drops to $3.75.
What if it's not for me?

Espresso depth and dark cocoa, served cold. The second flavor on this page, built to the same standard and sold at the same price: one 330mL carton, 25g of complete protein, 125mg of coffee caffeine, no added sugar. Six for $27.99, the same as the latte.
Six cartons, ready when you are.
$27.99 buys six 330mL cartons, not one drink. 25g of protein and 125mg of coffee caffeine in each, which is $4.67 a carton, and $3.33 at four packs. Thirty days to decide on your first six, and one email to a real person if you decide against it.
