Refund and Return Policy

One policy for every LOKT product: LOKT 50 coffee caffeine pouches, LOKT MIX protein coffee powder, LOKT READY protein coffee, and The Full Stack bundle.

The first-order guarantee

Your first order is on us if it is not for you. Within 30 days of delivery, contact LOKT and we refund your first opened unit in full:

• First-Can Guarantee (LOKT 50): your first opened can
• First-Bag Guarantee (LOKT MIX): your first opened bag
• First-Case Guarantee (LOKT READY): your first opened case
• The Full Stack: the guarantee covers the first product you open, can or case

No return of the opened item is required. No forms, no return shipping, no argument: one email to hello@stayloktin.com with your order number. One first-order guarantee refund per customer, household, and delivery address.

Unopened products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. LOKT provides the return label. No restocking fee. For partial returns of a bundle, the refund is the difference between what you paid and the current price of what you keep.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it enters fulfillment. Use your order-status page or contact support with your order number. No cancellation fee. Address changes are allowed until fulfillment begins.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect products

Report damaged, leaking, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected item or issue a full refund, your choice.

Shipping refunds

• Original standard shipping is refunded when an entire order is cancelled or returned
• Return shipping is free on any return we accept
• Returned food products are never restocked or resold

Timing and method

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method, in USD.
