What it covers

Your first five can Starter Kit is refunded in full under the First Can Guarantee. For single cans, Discovery Packs and Larger Refills, the guarantee covers the first can you open. Protein Coffee covers the first bag; READY covers the first case; stacks cover the first product opened.

Refund timing

We start the refund within 2 business days of approval. It goes back to your original payment method, in USD.

One First Can Guarantee refund per customer, household and delivery address.

Unopened cans

Unopened products can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We provide the return label, and there is no restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice.

Is the whole Starter Kit covered?

Yes. Try your first can. If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days for a full refund of your first Starter Kit. Nothing to return. Other pouch packs cover the first can opened; unopened products can be returned within 30 days.

How fast is the refund?

We start it within 2 business days of approving your claim. It goes back to your original payment method, in USD. Banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days.
