How to choose coffee pouches

Start with three questions: what coffee flavor do you enjoy, how much caffeine is in each pouch, and does the format fit your day? A bigger number or a longer ingredient list does not answer those questions for you.

Compare a specific product

Brands can offer several strengths and formats. For example, Grinds lists 25mg caffeine for its Black Coffee pouches, while its FAQ describes multiple caffeine amounts across its range. Comparing one number to an entire brand would miss that difference.
